Project
Work SMARTey
Back pain comes with the job in early years. It doesn’t have to.
Our research programme on musculoskeletal pain in the early years workforce. 98% of the staff we surveyed feel pain at work. Work SMARTey is developing a way for settings to change that.
In partnership with the University of Derby, the Early Years Alliance, the National Education Union and Jolly Back.
